CD45 항체와 방사능 동위원소 lodine 131이 결합된 물질

조혈모세포(hematopoietic stem cell)의 turnover 역할 접착 분자

내피세포에서 발현되고 골수의 혈관 틈새에서 암세포와 결합시키는 역할을 하여 화학요법 (chemotherapy)과 병용사용

 

표준요법으로 완전 반응률을 달성하지 못한 재발성/불응성 AML 급성 골수성 백혈병 환자의 세포이식술 (HCT) 진행시 Iomab-B 동시에 투여시 이식술 성공률을 높이는 Conditioning Agent.

SIERRA Trial

 

Iomab-B는 높은 통계적 유의성(p<0.0001)으로 BMT 후 초기 완전 관해 후 6개월의 지속성 완전 관해(dCR)의 1차 평가변수를 충족

또한 Iomab-B는 사건 발생 확률을 78% 감소시켜 사건 없는 생존(EFS)의 2차 평가변수에서 유의미하고 임상적으로 의미 있는 개선을 보였습니다 (HR=0.22; 95% CI [0.15, 0.34]; p<0.0001)
